Transcripts

For transcripts, please contact the Registrar at the CHS Counseling Office (559) 992-8884 EXT. 6210. There is a nominal fee for all transcript requests. Both sealed & stamped official and unofficial transcript options are available. 

CHS students have a bright future ahead, and our Learning Directors want help them achieve their goals. Whether students are planning to enter the workforce after high school, go on to college, or join the military, we are here to help all students make that transition smoothly and successfully. 

Our Counseling Department helps students with registration, orientation, choosing courses of study, and graduation. We also provide guidance when it comes to summer and independent study programs, testing, college applications, financial aid, career training, and military enlistment.

Graduation Information

To earn a high school diploma from Corcoran High School, students must:

  • Accumulate a total of 260 credits.
  • Complete specific course requirements listed in the Parent Student and Guidance Handbooks.

Testing Information

Our Learning Directors are here to help your child study, schedule, and pass the following tests:

  • ACT
  • SAT
  • AP Testing
  • CAASPP - The CAASPP link will take you to resources to help you understand the new state testing system — California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP).

United States Military

ASVAB

The ASVAB is a multiple-aptitude test that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. Please contact your child's Learning Director for more information.
